Specification:

Fiberglass cloth is an engineering material, which has many excellent characteristics, such as anti-burning, corrosion resistant, stable structure, heat-insulating, minimum elongated shrinkage, high intensity, etc.

This new material product has already covered many domains such as electric appliance, electric, transportation, chemical engineering, architectural engineering, heat insulation, sound absorption, fire prevention and environmental protection, etc. According to fabric organization structure and appearance, there are such kinds of products:

plain weave, twill weave, satin weave, gauze weave.

Organizational Structure and Applications:

1>     Plain weave: it can be used in electricity insulation materials and reinforced materials in industry, because of its tight structure, plain and clear lines. Representative products such as 01,012, 014, 016, 018, 7628, FW600, P800, 2025.

2>     Twill weave: compared with plain weave, it is of high density, high intensity, with a soft and loose structural weave. It can be used as ordinary reinforced materials, filter materials, and painting cloth, such as E/C3732, E/C3784.

3>     Satin weave: compared with plain weave and twill weave, it can made out better products with higher density and intensity, as well as better handle, soft and loose structure. It is applicable higher reinforced material in machinery, also said long shaft satin such as E/C3784, E/C3788.

4>     Gauze weave: there are clear and uniform gauze holes on the surface of such product, stable structure; it is mainly used in the wall heat presentation and the resin grinding wheel enhancement cloth.Specification:20*20, 20*10, 10*10, 5*5, etc.
